Chairman

Shehu holds a B.Sc. in Business Management from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (1997) and an MBA Oil and Gas Management from the University of Dundee, Scotland (2006). He has over 15 years' experience in both banking and oil & gas international trade. He Specialized in marketing/trading while achieving his MBA from the University of Dundee. This makes his approach and methodologies very dynamic and professional with international best practice.

He has brokered transactions between major oil companies in Nigeria (such as Oando, Total, Bovas, Folawiyo, Ascon Oil, Dozie Oil, Forte Oil etc.) and international oil traders such as Trafigura, Glencore, Vitol, Shell, Mecuria), with over USD1 billion turnover. He is currently a director in RYDEN OIL UK and a business consultant in international trade and logistics for Dundee Wells Oil Service Limited.

ENGR. ZAYYAD YAKUBU M.

Managing Director

Zayyad holds B.Eng. in Civil/Structural Engineering from the prestigious Federal University of Technology Minna. He is a registered Civil Engineering Consultant by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He is also a corporate member, Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).

He has wide range of Experience in the Design, planning, Billing and Construction of Civil Structures such as Roads & Bridges, High rise buildings, Earth retaining structures as well as Hydrological structures. He is proficient with many Civil Engineering design draft software's such as AUTOCAD, CIVIL 3D, CSI ORION, CSI ROBOT, MS EXCEL, MS PROJECT.

Yetunde Adeyemi

Finance and Admin Manager

Yetunde holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo (2009) and a M.Sc. Management from Robert Gordon University, Scotland (2012). A Business graduate who possess a unique and creative mind, specializes in Management, started her career as a Finance personnel and administrator, and has over the years gained experience in the financial industry, Oil and Gas and marine Industry.

She has attended various Finance and management courses online and within Nigeria including Harvardx edx, Adelaidex edx, Lagos business school and mc-timothy associate. She has also been awarded respectively for her performance, innovative skills, productivity, and managerial skills. She is a member of the Chartered Management Institute, UK, member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, a member of the Robert Gordon University Business Society, Scotland.
